If you're having trouble finding your tickets in your wallet, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot.
- If you received an invoice or order confirmation email your tickets are secured.
- Please be sure you are signed in to the Relic Wallet App with the same credentials you ordered the ticket(s) with.
- If you don't find your tickets in your wallet, make sure you have an active internet connection on your smartphone. Refresh the ticket screen by dragging it down.
- If you still don't have your tickets in your wallet, please contact our support with your username and the purchase confirmation email you received.
