Relic is a little different from conventional ticketing companies. When purchasing tickets, you choose a section. The specific seats are automatically assigned to all attendees no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
The time of your purchase will be considered when allocating seats. Our system works in this way to optimally fill the venue. This has many advantages. For example, if the buyer of the tickets buys 2 tickets now and then days later realizes they have to buy 2 more, the phone number on file will link the later purchase to the original one.
Tickets that were purchased in the same section under the same phone number are automatically placed together.
When the seating plan has been finalized, you will be informed of your specific seats via SMS and email. The row and seat numbers will also be visible for the tickets on your phone.
If you buy tickets after the seats have been assigned, we cannot guarantee adjacent seats. However, you can still buy tickets as long as they are available. **We will display a warning if this is the case.**
If you have any special requests regarding your seats (i.e. medical reasons), please contact us at email@example.com.
You can also contact us if you've bought tickets with different phone numbers and would like to sit together. In most cases we can group your order, but keep in mind that your tickets must be in the same section.
